2 Challenges
Pencil Lines got Ifa Zainon, to provided this weeks sketch. The waterfall is my attempt at this challenge. Ifa is one of my team members on UKS, she is very talented and i enjoyed using her sketch!
I also had a go at Black Magics first fortnightly challenge. You are required to produce a layout using:
August sketch no 1, the technique of distressing, predominantly black and a combinations of the colours featured in Augusts palette. I used a picture of my great aunt, my grandad and little me, i was a flower girl at my uncle and Aunts wedding, the floral paper is similar to the pattern on the dress I wore!

2 New Layouts
Two layouts I did last night, one with my sister and I in the Wicklow Mountains using a Bad Girls Kit, I love thoes little birds, I also used a bit of bling, thoes little stones are fiddely to put on. The other was another one of my attempts to get DH to stop smoking but it did not have the desired effect, he just said thats a great photo of me. Ah well I have to come up with more ideas, my last big attempt was putting a BMW logo on the filters of one pack, because I reckon he spends enough to buy a BMW on HP per month. But that didnt work either! So back to constant nagging. I used the lovely colourful Rosa Moka paper and alpha.

Mojo Challenge
This weeks lift comes from Christine Middlecamp,I have a link to her blog a few posts down!. This is my scraplift, the photos are of my sister, her boyfriend and I in Florence, we bought 3 ice creams because it was so hot, when I went to pay it came to €30, we nearly had a heart attack, John (my sisters boyfriend) shouted HOW MUCH? at the girl, we all laughed so did she! We ate them anyway, not really worth €30 though!
Now on to Shimelles Blog Prompt!
"If there was just one thing from your youth that you could pass on to today’s younger generation what would it be? Something as simple as the original Sesame Street theme song or something more complex, like growing up more slowly?"
My advice, you wont always have a fantastic figure so look after it, the weight creeps up slowly but takes a life time to get rid of!

Shimelle's Blog Prompt 6
"Share an old photo of yourself and a current photo of yourself with your blog readers. Tell them a little something that has changed and a little that has stayed the same."
These are pictures of my cousin Catriona and I as baby's and a later one at her wedding. I suppose what has changed is we have grown up, have longer hair, we no longer need to be held for a photo and we can talk! What has stayed the same is we are still close, and we have shared several good moments together!

Shimelle's Blog Prompt
"If you could travel in time for just one day, where would you go and what would you do?"
There were so many places I would like to go, this was a very difficult question, but from most recent times I think I would go back to my wedding day, we both had such a great time and we said if we ever winn the lotto we would do it all again!
Id also like to go back in time and see what ireland was like in the 18th century, maybe in france as the Rococo clothes were fantastic back then!
Well if I had a time machine for a day I think I would pop in and out of a few places!
