Scrap it Like You Mean It Week 2

Just realised we are already on week 2! Rayan fell asleep for an hour so I managed to get this done.

This week's challenge:
Scrap with hearts or stars!

Your page can be any size, any subject, any colour, but we want to see what you can do with hearts or stars or both! Maybe one big heart or even a star shaped page...or dozens of tiny hearts or stars. Stamp them, punch them, draw them, paint them, find them in your patterned papers....whatever you fancy!

1st Layout In Ages!!!!

Im not that happy with this layout but it is a start! I have also included a few of the elements for the UKS weekly challenge!

Follow our sketch (taken with permission form the page maps site) for 10 points (Not completed)Make your chosen theme be one of NEW BEGININGS for 10 points (Yes Just Born)Stamp on your layout somehwere for 5 points (Yes up the top)
And use white ribbon or white flowers on your layout for another 5 points (white ribbon in the corner under the blu flower, its difficult to see in this photo)

My Boy Likes Circle Journals!!!

This is one of my UKS Team members Circle Journal that I am 'trying' to get finished in between crying feeding changing etc. I discovered that Rayan loves the colours in it!

Scraproom

I have decided to take a break from Bad Girls Kits and try out a different kit club Scraproom. Olive introduced me to this club they seam to be quiet reasonable and a cup of coffe is thrown in too!!!! Dont know when I will have much time to scrap but I may as well do some paper collecting!!!!!!

A return to scrapping!

These are my October and November entries for Shimelle's "scrap your day" This month was all about Self Portraits so I looked at the link she providedPaper View by Nancy and took a few pictures of Rayan and I, They are the small cream coloured collection in the corner. It was great to get some time an hour and a half to do some scrapping! I am trying to keep Rayan to the Baby Whisperer Schedual, it has worked so far today fingers crossed for the night time :0

Our Son Rayan

Our baby Rayan (meaning favoured by god) was born last Thursday at 7.15am by emergancy c section. Its magic having him here. Im home since Monday and have had little or no sleep because he is very windy. We are mad about him!

Not much going on except waiting!

I got my Bad Girl Kit in the post yesterday! I love the embelishments, and the cool chirp stamp! I also got my UKS Team CJ today, its all about Flower Power so Im looking forward to completing that. I have not done any scrapping as I am busy putting the finishing touches to my baby and now Im waiting and wondering when baby will arrive and will it be a boy or girl! Shimelles Scrap Your Day is this Thursday, I still have to print and scrap last months photos, It would be good if the baby decided to arrive on the 25th this month it would make a great DLO lol but I have a feeling it is quiet comfortable where it is!
